I booked this hotel based on their advertised amenities, including breakfast and an elevator. However, upon arrival, we were shockingly transferred to a lower-quality hotel without any warning or compensation. The new location had **no elevator** (despite my elderly family member struggling with stairs) and **no breakfast**, contrary to what we paid for. This is a classic bait-and-switch scam—the hotel misrepresented its services and refused to take responsibility. The staff offered no solution, apology, or refund.Do not trust this place, they will take your money and dump you in a substandard facility. I demand a full refund for this fraudulent experience and warn others to book elsewhere.

Das Hotel ist ein Low-Budget-Hotel und natürlich nicht mit einem Luxushotel vergleichbar. Trotzdem war es bisher das beste Hotel in dieser Preisklasse, in dem ich übernachtet habe – und ich bin alle zwei Monate in Istanbul. Super Lage!! Es wurde frisch renoviert, einfach und schnell, aber sauber und geräumig. Die Klimaanlage hatte auch eine Heizfunktion, was ich sehr praktisch fand. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber gut für den Preis: Ei, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade und Weißbrot – alles, was man braucht.
