I likely wouldnt stay at another Moxy. We (other cars were also waiting) for the Valet for about 15 min. When trying to call the front desk, absolutely no one answered on numerous occasions. Finally had to leave the car in the street while going inside to look for the Valet. Keep in mind there is no public parking. Check in is a little fucky. You check in at the Bar, but the barternders are pretty slow to help you. Rooms are fine if you like small. Went down for a few drinks and food around 8pm. Drinks are okay. Only a few options they would let you order on the menu. I have stayed at MANY Boutique Hotels and trendy hotels. I woudl pick the W Hotel over a moxy any day of the week.

The hotel had a great vibe! The decor and conversation seating are extremely charming. The customer service was an 11/10! Everyone was kind and patient. My only cons would be: 1. The breakfast options are limited 2. There should be healthier vegetarian choices 3. Every room should have a blanket in the drawer 4. Six sleeper rooms should have two end tables 5. The bathrooms should have a longer vanity or shelf for convenience

I’ve probably stayed at 250 hotels on the last 5 years, either with family or for work and I’ve maybe left one negative review for a hotel in that time. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel in years. Checking in with two small children - there was some issue with our prepayment and I was told I couldn’t charge anything to the room. We told the check in team that we were extremely tired after a long drive, we went upstairs and went straight to bed. 9pm rolls around and what can only be described as a rave starts outside our window. This continues til 12.30 am, with lights so bright they’re coming through the window (Cincinnati has a noise curfew of 11pm). We were not told this was happening, nothing on the hotel website about this being a thing, all of us were awake until 1am this was horrific. They could have mentioned it at check in and we would have checked into a different hotel. I wish I could upload videos to this review to really show you how obscene this was. So loud that the bass shook the entire room. The hotel wouldn’t do anything, and hotels.com told us our only choice was to check out with two babies at 1am or accept a $50 refund - absolutely awful service and an awful experience

The guy at the front desk wasnt really friendly, he didn’t know what was going on, he took almost 10mins to get us check in, didn’t explain anything! absolutely no amenities really, rooms are small no storage for bags , no complementary toiletries, bed was very hard. The room was either super hot or super cold for the price we paid we expended more The room would of been cleaned better

The check in process did not go smoothly. Had to wait a half hour for a manager bc they couldn’t find a room for us. The rooms are ok..no refrigerator in rooms..no complimentary waters in the room..one trash can in the bathroom. Poor lighting in the rooms and very minimal furniture. Bedding is not comfortable.

booked at this hotel to use the rooftop bar. The bar was closed to a private event so they wouldn't refund anything. The hotel supervisor was rude and unprofessional. The rooms are hot and you can't adjust the temperature. There is no parking and u can't park in front of the hotel to unload luggage as the the valet will run you off.
