Need to improve room cleaning

Last minute booking just to sleep for a few hours. Other hotels in the area (extra 5-8 minutes walk) offer better facilities for almost the same price.

Please do a complete renovation, buy new towels and bath mat, and train staff in hotel standard cleaning practices!!!

Friendly staff but the air-con was not working properly and the room was really dirty especially the bathroom.

Terrible

The lady in the front desk needs training for good customer service. When I arrived at the hotel, she was sleeping and got annoyed when I arrived. And when I checked out in the morning , she was watching on her mobile and did not even bother to look at me. No good morning, no thank you. And when I asked if everything is fine, she looked at me and showed that she’s annoyed, and she said yes. The room looks scary and smells bad. I did not have a good sleep because of dust bites and every time I moved, the bad smell comes out- like an old closet that was stuck for long tome. Bathroom was good, better than the sleeping area. Needs renovation for the room. The price of the stay is not worthy.
