Little to no maintenance of the room I was in. Paint peeling from walls in bathroom; larch on door broken, Was able to connect to wifi but signal strength was insufficient. TV worked but no channels, not even the local news. No room cleaning between nights.

For the price and location it was great, room was clean and the staff was attentive. Just an suggestion, The room would have been perfect if it had a small microwave and small refrigerator, but i can see that the place is been updated. Overall great stay.

4th story walk up with no elevator right in the heart of the theater/food district. Pack light and spend most of your time out of the room and this will be a stellar place for you to stay. Can’t beat the price for the location.

Man bekommt wofür man zahlt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Es ist sauber aber die Zimmer sind runtergekommen. Für eine Nacht war das in Ordnung, aber beim nächsten Mal zahle ich lieber bisschen mehr und buche was anderes.

The staff was so kind and courteous and accommodating, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the location just couldn't be beat! The availablility of coffee and tea 24/7 was an unexpected bonus!!!

Nice lady watches the door and lets you in. Honestly, where can you stay close to Times Square in NYC in November for < 300? It's a place to sleep with a shower and not much else.

Comment dire ... j'avais pris 2 chambres, l'une d'elle que j'ai laissé à ma fille etait grand, pas forcement en bon état et pas super propre mais grande, par contre la 2eme était un placard, sans fenetre !!! Incroyable, et juste à coté de la réception donc autant dire que vous entendez TOUT ce qu'il se passe, et parmi ce qui passe : des cafards ... Bref j'ai demandé à changer de chambre et heureusement le personnel est serviable, malheureusement je n'ai pas pu changer la 2eme nuit mais à partir de la 3eme c'était bon. Par contre les chambres ne fermaient pas à clé de l'intérieur !!! Jamais vu ça. La clim est tombé en panne, et la propreté pas top. Bref 2 points positifs : l'emplacement et le personnel, le reste ... voila quoi ...
