Vorsicht – Betrug und pure Abzocke! Ich habe das Hotel einige Tage vor meiner Anreise gebucht und die Buchung auch bestätigt bekommen. Nach einer langen Anreise (über Nacht!) stand ich mit meiner Gruppe vor der Rezeption – doch dort wusste niemand etwas von meiner Buchung. Wir bekamen kein Zimmer, keine Hilfe, keine Entschuldigung! Mein Geld wurde NICHT erstattet. Nach stundenlangem Hin und Her durch die Stadt mussten wir selbst nach einer alternativen Unterkunft suchen – eine riesige Belastung und ein absoluter Reinfall. Null Kundenservice, keine Unterstützung, keine Kulanz – einfach nur Betrug! Ich warne dringend davor, hier zu buchen. Spart euch Ärger, Geld und Nerven!
