Family hersey trip

Came with my two kids to visit Hershey Park. Very close and easy to get to the park, 7/8 minutes away. Room wasn't too bad but you could tell pets were in the hotel based on smells/condition of the bathroom and elevator

Great Hershey Park stay for the price

Great location to Hershey park, about an 8 minute drive. The lobby is nice especially for the price. Free lemonade, coffee, and cookies available throughout the day and the breakfast is good for the price. No hot breakfast items but the bagels were good. The double room with sofa is spacious. Plenty of room for a pack n play. My only complaint is the shower floor was a little off color and there’s some mystery splats on the wall but again, for the price this is a great stay. The front desk staff was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating :) I forgot his name but it started with an A, super nice guy!

Great stay ! It was close to Hershey park . Like a 6 minute drive. The hotel was nice and clean.the only bad thing it didn’t have a pool or gym.

Stay was very comfortable. The location close to Hersheypark was extremely convenient. However, the pool was not functioning and we were not alerted to that before the stay. Also, the carpets throughout the facility were in desperate need of cleaning or repair. The cost per night was extremely Fair based on location.

The hotel is difficult to get to from Hershey Park. There are double yellow lane lines that don't legally allow one to turn left into the property. We must navigate into a nearby subdivision to turn around and take a right turn. The county needs to address this with dotted yellow lines or a separate turn lane. As for everything else, I'd say it was mostly fine. Beds and showers were fine. A/C was fine. Our room, however, did have a front door that did not properly shut. The door would hit the frame upon closing. Also, our toilet paper holder was half hanging off the wall upon arrival. The staff said that this would be addressed after our departure. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. One other note worth mentioning, a temporary charge for our full stay was made on my credit card even after paying in full with Hotels.com. I was told if it does not fall off, to contact the front desk. The duplicate charge is still pending on my credit card. Why they would charge me again for my stay after already paying in full with Hotels.com is beyond me. There was also an additional $50 incidentals charge that's still pending which should fall off.

Expected more from a Hilton

For being a Hilton, I was expecting more. The bathroom wasn't fully painted, which wasn't terrible but this is a Hilton not a Motel 6. It sounded like a circus in the room above us, but that was not the hotels fault. Also, the breakfast was ok, but we were expecting more. There was not a waffle maker, or scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon. It's 2025 and I feel like waffles are pretty standard for a breakfast option in a hotel as well as the eggs and meat option. There were bagels, oatmeal and cereal. Again, for a Hilton not what I was expecting.
