This property is located to the downtown area, which makes it convenient if you don’t want to drive. However, the property has seen better days. There are stains on the carpets and the furnishings are old and run down. The shared bathrooms are very dated.

We’ve stayed here 3 times now and it is definitely our go to place to stay in Saranac Lake. Close to downtown, great price, clean, cozy, and comfortable! Highly recommend if you’re just looking for a place in the area.

Room was clean and beautiful! We stayed on the first floor and the bathroom didn’t have heating so it was really cold there and it took a decent amount of heat in the room. The room was very cold even with the provided heater on maximum. Additionally, it was negative 15C outside that didn’t add up to the comfort. During the night you could hear strange noises that turned to be related to the heaters (old school ones). We did have a small space heater which did help out though. However, even though the room was cold, the vibe was very positive and we think it’s a great place for summer vacations. Parking was well plowed during winter. Therefore we really enjoyed the stay, but got terribly cold !

Queen was a full size bed. Issues with location of tv & switching channels. Hot water in shower was actually located where cold is supposed to be. Didn’t expect to have to leave shoes in differ location than sleeping area. Was quiet during the night though.

We've been coming here for years. We met the new owners and the property manager. They purchased the property a year ago and have made improvements. It was a friendly and fun environment. I will definitely come back!
