Great location and comfortable stay

The service was fantastic, with servers and butlers alike being very attentive, helpful, and fun. The location is also great - an easy and quick taxi from the airport and a $5 taxi or 30ish minute safe walk to the Malecon. We found previous reviews stating that the food variety and quality could improve to be true, but it was fine, and again, restaurants in town are very accessible. It was also true that the lounge chairs get claimed early in the day and it can be difficult to find an open space when the hotel is busier. Overall our stay was pleasant and other guests were very nice and we’d come back!

Lovely hotel. The building could ise a few little upgrades but the ataff make up for it in kindness and amazing service. This was my 3rd stay and i will be back. Also, its quiet at night, which is pretty rare in PV

Absolutely amazing staff who provided outstanding service. Rooms were not cleaned and a second room provided was also not cleaned with hair on the bedding and floors, an ear ring on the floor in the bathroom covered in dust, dingy bedding, the vents and mirrors were not cleaned. The furnishings were in poor condition. The view was pretty incredible and we went to sleep listening to the ocean every night. We experienced inconsistencies with a random charge for room service in the middle of our stay.but overall we checked out without any issues or hidden fees (all inclusive price covered everything). The restaurants menues changed seemed like every other night, but the food was not anything to rave about. Drinks were very extremely inconsistent as well.

Great resort

Amazing stay for us. Went as a couple and had a wonderful stay for a week. Food and drinks were amazing for an all-inclusive resort. I am celiac and they were very accommodating to my food allergy requests and every meal asked if there were any food allergies. Resort is also not very big which we enjoyed having a more intimate setting, unlike the bigger resorts in Mexico. Nightlife was somewhat lacking, but we were not very upset about this. Not as many families we saw at this resort, more couples and an older demographic, but everyone was incredibly friendly and we met many couples and groups over the course of our stay.

Beautiful sunsets and friendly staff. Food was repetitive and limited in choice. The hotel is surrounded by other resorts, rooms are not sound proof and it’s very noisy at night.

The public spaces of this property is beautiful, however, our room was in need of maintenance. We booked a Deluxe Room. The bathroom shower contained mould, countertop needed repair, and paint was peeling around the toilet. The beds were quite comfortable, however, the furnishings looked tired, drawers not closing properly, chips along furniture edging. All that aside, the staff were wonderful, the food was good, and it was nice to have direct access to the beach!

This was our first experience with an all-inclusive resort. We were pleased to find the variety of food available, so we didn't have to always eat the same things (however some were so good we did). The facilities were beautiful and clean. Was fun being next to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: We got a room on the top floor in the newer building and it was absolutely stunning!! The views are breathtaking and possibly the prettiest sunset I've ever seen! Our butler Epi was very helpful and friendly, and SOME of the other employees and attentive servers too but NOT ALL! (specially the ladies,who won't smile at the guests which feels unwelcoming) The hotel was always clean and well kept, there are parts that can use updating/reno, but overall good. CONS: the food is mediocre, the breakfast and lunch menu never changes which will make you sick and tired of the dishes few days. They alternate the dinner menu, and both main restaurants serves decent fine dining meals. There is a pizza station which makes the best hawaiian pizza and the AlFresko which you can grab snacks from anytime. The drinks were a hit or miss depending on the bar tender assigned. MAJOR CON-- absolutely no enterntainment at night, we loved the calm and quiet vibe but we get jealous on how the hotel next door gives effort on doing some fun shows/activities for their guests. You can hear how people enjoys them too! Our room, although a bit newer needs some improvements too, the tub was not functional, there was no bidet and there's only one towel hook in the bathroom. OVERALL our experience was good but might choose to stay on a different hotel next time we're in Puerto Vallarta.
