I didn't stay. I booked for a single night and was then sent the deposit payment link which I declined to accept so I found somewhere else. I booked late so never saw that T&C which is on their listing but right at the bottom which I didn't see.
I messaged them and they wouldn't relax their policies at so I found somewhere else. Expedia support were helpful but I don't know if i will get a refund. I have no great expectations & peace of mind is more important for me. The messaging wasn't rude but it wasn't polite either. I did stay with the same organisation via a different platform and it was the same pettiness and wanting to charge extra for services like washing machine & air con on that site too.
So when you look at the score I have given take all this into account. I cannot say the place was tidy or messy, quiet or loud as I don't know. I have marked as 3 * because it might be nice but I don't know and they did include the part about needing to pay an extra deposit on the listing it's just not prominent.
