Really liked this place. It’s clean, comfortable and located in a very good spot in the city. The only little downside is that it was a little hard to find in the streets. I’d definitely come back here again.

L’emplacement était excellent proche de tout et c’était facile à marcher pour visiter Barcelone. Je recommande vivement cette emplacement aussi pour le prix qui était assez abordable.

Shared bathrooms caused inconvenience and were dirty. Sight of little roach crawling at night. Also, not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms. The amenities are very old. Bathroom towels are very old and aged. The bright side is the location near sight seeing spots. The hotel/apartment doesn’t have 24hr front desk. Guests have to check-in between 4-8pm. Otherwise, after 8pm there will be extra service charge and need to contact the host via WhatsApp and email to check-in.

Excelente localização. Propriedade limpa e tranquila. Quarto muito pequeno (tentei fazer uma alteração de quarti assim que fiz a reserva, mas a propriedade não fez nenhuma questão). Também tivemos que pegar pelo uso do ar condicionado. Um absurdo, ja que pagamos um dinheiro considerável em um quarto minúsculo.

El lugar nos encantó , la localización es perfecta , quedan cerca lugares donde comer , acceso fácil al transporte público , el personal bastante accesible , el único inconveniente es que los cuartos comparten pared y a veces puedes oír el ruido de los demás , cosa que no depende del anfitrión que tan escandaloso sea el vecino que te tocó , pero Cristina siempre amable y dispuesta a ayudar , nos ayudó a resolver esa situación. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The host met me for early check in and helped me locate the building. If you are trying to find it, locate the Jo Malone London store on Rambla de Catalunya, the entrance to the apartment building is next door. The concierge of the building helped me with the lift, he was very friendly :) The location is perfect , it is in the middle of everything for the Pg. de Gracia and surrounding areas, yet also quiet at night time, and feels very safe for a solo afab traveller. Air con was €10 which I didn’t mind as the room was great value for money and the air con was powerful and quiet. It needs to be paid cash or bank transfer, I’d recommend bringing cash to pay because bank transfers cost money internationally (usually). The shared bathroom was near the room, lockable, safe, clean and had hot water. I travelled solo but I made friends instantly by eating at the bar at Tapas 24 (near enough to walk to) and going to bars afterwards, which were also near enough to walk to. The balcony is a really peaceful place to enjoy breakfast. I cannot recommend this place enough :)

Very central location which is great for convenience and exploring the city. There was scaffolding up which obscured the view from the balcony, but I’m aware this is an uncontrollable factor. It was a decent spot for a short stay.

Excellent location in the Eixample, close walk to Gaudi houses and a major metro/train stop at Passeig de Gracia, made transport to/from the location very easy. The host on-site let us drop our bags early on the day of arrival due to a problem with our other luggage storage booking, we SO appreciate you Maria! Room (twin beds) was very comfortable and kitchen was adequate for our needs -- we could only get one of the stove burners to light, the other 3 wouldn't, but it was usable.
