My room was super clean and very spacious. The staff are very helpful.
真实点评

4/10 一般

The hallways smell like a petco. It is evident that people let their dogs pee around the hotel, and it is even more evident the staff doesn’t shampoo the carpets. The room also smells real bad, there was definitely a dog that stayed in our room previously and they didn’t clean the room up properly. We were on the third floor.

Hotel is a hotel to me.Just somewhere that lay my head down in sleep. On the average , it was a nice motel

You’re better off paying $20 xtra at another hotel for clean towels. They don’t have enough or they’re never clean.

It was a decent sized room but the tv had no way to connect streaming services. The window has no curtains and the bathroom light flickered constantly when on. No coffee maker in the room but it has a fridge and microwave !

The Staff was GREAT, very nice and helpful. Just the place and people in it not so good. We had no idea people stayed there for long term so they were very loud, arguing, smoking, etc till late into the night and early morning. We had a toilet that didn't work good at all, also the refrigerator had been unplugged so we couldn't use that till the 2nd day, and our check in was at 4, but our room wasn't ready until 8. Again the staff was great, just wouldn't stay there again.

Management is extremely confident, caring, and passionate about this property. Although it is a new property and errors are yet unseen and unknown , when an issue is brought to his attention, he accommodates the guest appropriately and in a timely manner. This type of hospitality and customer service is shined upon in my eyes. I have found a new resting place during my travels. The entire staff is phenomenal.
真实点评

No coffee available. Beds were terribly uncomfortable and pillows horrible. I could barely sleep at all on the bedding provided. This is an extended stay place obviously. I should’ve been tipped off by price- just wouldn’t want to stay there again. The staff were very friendly.
