Great value for the price. I was surprised at how clean and fresh the room was - usually at this price they are dingy, old, smelly, dusty, etc. The room was recently renovated, clean, fresh, and had just what you need for a budget stay. Only annoyance was noise in the halls comes through to your room (doors banging shut, people talking in the hallways). Otherwise would be happy to stay here again on a budget.

The staff are absolutely amazing, there were a few /insects/ in the room, but other than that was a very enjoyable stay! The food downstairs is great, and despite the establishment below being open until 4am, no noise or anything carries up stairs. Staff allowed me an early check in due to my room being unused the previous night, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location is great (especially if needing a short stay before flying out of Sydney!)

I specially liked the food choices from the restaurant. The meal that I chose was excellent. Cigarette smoke entered the area of the rooms. I did not like the strong smell of cigarete smoke in the bar areas.

I was impress with the customer service and I can see they put so much effort into the renovations and looks great and clean. The big problem I had was German cockroaches that start climbing the bed at night. I can't believe it. So spotless and did not manage pest control. It is sad because the place is brand new. I won't come back again!

Excellent stay

Excellent place to stay - the double room was so comfortable & clean, has everything you need. Easy to get into town on the train & facilities are brilliant. Toiletries, towels & coffee provided which was a big plus. Couple of cobwebs here & there in the bathroom & can be a little bit loud at night, but with some earplugs you’ll have the best sleep of your life. Will be staying again.
