The room was clean, but it needs some maintenance. The bottom of the door needs better sealing, and the wall-mounted clothes rack needs repair. Overall, the room was clean, but a few repairs are needed.

Although it was a little out of the way this turned out to be a hidden gem. It had a large parking lot, especially great if you are in an rv or towing something. It had bare bones amenities but was surprisingly clean, simple and spotless. The king-sized bed was excellent with 4 good pillows and a large bathroom with walk-in shower with lots of hot water and a good showerhead . It was everything i needed without unnecessary frills that i fid not miss! And it was Half the Price of a similar chain!!! The woman receptionist st discharge was friendly and efficient, even though the guy at arrival was a bit rough around the edges but still got the job done well. I spent $85.instead of $200 for my normal hotel chsin and was thrilled!

NO Elevator! So had to settle for a double. I was told to swipe card without any amount showing. When asked , it was $100 higher than what I owed. Grumpy man pointed at lengthy sign showing house rules. Stated there was always a $100 charge for possible damages. That shows the kind of people they expect to stay here.

The staff was amazing. Beds were clean, but floors and bathroom needed a little more cleaning. This was a recently renovated hotel and was a nice stay otherwise.

I was not thrilled with my stay, but I also was not completely unhappy. The facility itself was okay overall. However, I did not like the bathrooms, and I was disappointed that there was no iron, ironing board, or blow dryer available in the room. Although earplugs were offered because of the highway noise outside my room, it was still very loud and difficult to ignore. In addition, the door to my room did not close evenly, which made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. As for Booking through Hotel.com, I will not ever use their service again. Customer service was awful, due to not being able to talk to someone concerning my questions and concerns.

Check in was amazing and accommodating when requested an early checkin. Front desk personnel were very friendly and informative 😊 Rooms were VERY CLEAN. Was recently renovated from front office to each room and stairs. Will definitely recommend and stay when in the area !
