We really enjoyed our stay here. With the exception of a tighter cooking area than expected was roomy and had a great view. Matthew’s Smokehouse a few steps away and island pie a very short drive away for some good BBQ and Pizza. It was peaceful with trails to walk and blackberries to pick for a sweet treat. Looking forward to staying again this j the future.

Great place to stay

Lovely cottage with a great mattress and a pretty good hottub. Dinner at the bbq restaurant was fun - band playing Friday night. Very well appointed room. Cast iron claw foot tub was fun

Very noisy AC unit, no protection from sunlight, room do not have curtains in the windows near the bed. Ocean view is partial and to a side. Do not expect great ocean view

I communicateed I was going to be late, when I showed up the lock for the front door did not work the battery was dead. Lucky for us the back door was unlocked. The next morning I commicated the door needed to be fixed, no response. The general surfaces where clean but it needed a real deep clean. Didnt us the hot tub. Everything was out dated, and you could see repair to the structure where needed, but the over all need of a house were there. A nice small kitchen, it was tidy and well thought out for other people's needs. We enjoyed our stay and it survived a nice stay for what we needed.

Loved the property. There's a BBQ place right next door that had live music on one of the nights we were there. The town doesn't have a lot of breakfast options.

There were multiple issues with this property, and I tried to reach out the second night via phone to the PM but no answer. One of the burners on the stove didn't work, the knives in the knife block were filthy with food on them, we paid for a cleaning fee too. But, worst of all there were ants all over the floor, and coming from the fireplace by the baseboard.
