The room was very basic and the bed was hard as the floor. Very uncomfortable and not good to sleep in. The room did not have a balcony/patio, the description is not correct. The shower is oscillating between hot and cold. It was very hard to communicate with staff. The “reception hours” were not being attended and they were slow to respond to messages (it took 24h to get a new towel when the one provided came dirty).
