Lovely setting

Lovely setting with lots of flowers and beautiful features. Very nice room although small with little room for clothes and no hooks in bathroom. Very nice breakfast Staff should know a little more about the surrounding businesses (is the cafe across the street reliable?) Spa was pleasant although massage was a little weak. Be sure to ask for harder pressure Do not purchase airport transfer from them. We ordered the airport pickup which has us waiting for almost an hour. Could have easily just taken a taxi or Uber as there were many at the airport.

I stayed at Los Pasos for 3 nights with my family including two children and we loved our time here. The room very pretty, comfy, and well-equipped and the grounds were also beautiful. Included breakfasts at the restaurant and (paid) drinks on the roof terrace were fantastic. The location is very convenient.

An Oasis in Antigua Guatemala

Beautiful hotel and room but our room was hot

The hotel is beautiful and the room too. Everything is well kept. It’s nice and quiet. Very clean. I only gave it 4 stars because the room was hot. It made it hard to sleep. There is an air condition unit in the room but it’s in an area that does not cool down the room. The bathroom has no ventilation and the bathroom stays really hot all day. We had to make sure the bathroom door was closed all the time so it wouldn’t get the room even hotter. We’d leave on the AC hoping to return to a cold room but the cleaning crew would turn it off after cleaning our room. So it was a little frustrating in that part.

This boutique hotel in Antigua is a gem. We loved the decor, it was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, free breakfast was delicious, couldn't be happier with our stay. Hope to go back soon. P.S. Spa was a delight as well

Everything was great except for the tv not working , no channels or service for 2 nights and spoke to manager , also safe box in room would not lock or was even install properly for protection of our valuables , it was not vaulted to anything so was not secured .

Romantic getaway in Antigua

A beautiful and luxurious hotel in a quieter area of Antigua. The beds and room were comfortable and very clean. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We booked a couples massage and water circuit and it was one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had. Great privacy and the masseuse was fantastic! We’ll definitely be back.

Didnt like that we could not use the jacuzzi (we even paid a massage in the spa) and our shower in our bathroom was broken. Liked that its really walkable distance from all Antigua, breakfast was good and the staff is really nice.

If you are in Antigua, Guatemala I highly highly recommend this place. Within your price you have breakfast included as well. They also have a restaurant within the hotel which is also very good. The hotel if filled with multiple beautiful views where you can see some of the landmarks and mountains from. The greenery around the hotel and within the hotel makes you feel like you’re in your own private garden. The service and the staff here were great. I can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been to Antigua many times but this was my first time at this hotel. I was very impressed with how beautiful the hotel was and liked how the location was just outside of the busy area but still very walkable. The rooms were cozy and clean. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The rooftop is also beautiful and a great place to hang out, especially at sunset. I would love to stay in one of the larger rooms near the spa next time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends!

The hotel had so much of the original charm for Antigua. But the rooms where updated with modern showers and new fixtures. It was the best of both worlds. The staff was professional and courteous. The breakfast was awesome we enjoyed walking to almost ever area we wanted to visit.
