Hotel was very clean and rooms were a good size. The toilet and shower was very clean with great water pressure. What made this stay memorable and enjoyable was definitely the staff both in the morning and evening giving us such a hospitable service and information of the local area and reasonable pricing of good so we don't over pay. Would definitely stay here again should I ever visit Istanbul again

The property itself is in the tourist area. You are 5 min walking to blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Maybe 15 min walking to grand bazaar. Property is clean and new. Restaurants are all around and the area is very safe.

Room was nice and staff polite. Unfortunately, the hotel is under construction and the noise started at 7am, the room had flying bugs throughout my stay, housekeeping needs more training on cleaning and because there is no sound proofing, I was disturbed by the conversations and noises in lobby and hallway all day and night.

My family and I stayed in the junior suites and absolutely loved it. The hotel is modern and new and all the rooms are bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. Rooms were cleaned everyday with new towels provided daily. The bathroom shower is nice and big, which I loved. The rooms came with complimentary fruit and water as well. Breakfast is bought to the rooms very fast- usually within 10 mins and includes a good range of bread, pastries, cheeses, vegetables and egg. Staff at reception were amazing, especially Hussain and the manager who was full of knowledge of where to go and best places to eat. They also helped book my sisters transfer back much cheaper than by doing it ourselves. The hotel is only a couple of metres away from the main strip, but far away enough that you don’t have to hear traffic/ street noise too much. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Hagia Sofia. Highly recommend the hotel and would definitely book here again. A big Thank you to all the staff there!

Wonderful experience with great service. Property is strategically located within walking distance from all important sites in old Istanbul. Staff is very helpful to get good deals on dining locations, guides, and shopping and they provide good catered advice for the type of tours based on your needs. There is always room for negotiation with tour providers. Always use the taxi service through the hotel, it is a better deal for airport transfers.
