Excellent stay. Very clean and friendly place. Room is a bit small but quite functional for 2 people. Breakfast is pretty good. Daughter thought a muffin or cinnamon roll would be a nice addition. Good value!

We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this by far was the best one we stayed in. We had left Gatlinburg and the hotel was crap there. We just happen to take a. Different way home and came across this one and man what a relief it was. The room was very clean and the bed, in my opinion the most important part of the room, was amazing. Got up for breakfast and absolutely loved it. We will be looking for more hotels with this name on our travels.

Very nice to stay in a brand new hotel. So clean. Everyone seemed very nice and helpful. Love the extra games and pool table to keep the kids busy. Loved that you had cookies and milk although we didn't make it down for that. I thought it was a wonderful idea.

Very 21st century facility

The manager wwnt above and beyond to make ua comfortable, the hotel had juat opened so everything was new and super clean, a very 21st century dwelling and very impressive The rooms however do not have cupboards and drawers for clothing and stuff, but overally it was nice.

Clean new hotel, modern look and feel. Comfortable beds. Convenient room layout with lots of outlets, USB ports, several lamps near bed, brightly lit bathroom, great shower, hooks on wall to hang things, small fridge. Cookies offered at our check-in were good. Billiards table in lobby. Nice selection for the included breakfast (yogurt with granola, bagels, scrambked eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, cereal). Good coffee, tea, and lemon water available in lobby 24 hrs. Close to several restaurants with 5 to 10 minutes away. No complaints at all!
