Clean rooms and facilities. Meal times were extremely hectic. Elevators were crowded, long wait lines. Only one elevator was working most times. I would suggest different set up separating the cocktail line from the dinner line, lots of confusion there. Pool and hot tub over capacity, was not able to utilize during our stay. Overall good experience, just needs a little tweaking in above mentioned areas.

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, reasonably priced, nice location within walking distance to area stores and attractions, spacious indoor pool/outdoor hot tub area and large indoor/outdoor social areas. We absolutely loved the complimentary daily breakfast and nightly dinner. The night social area was nice and offered late night menu's with a good variety of items to order from.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and room was quiet at night. The breakfast and kickback were great… when you could fight the crowd and get anything. It was very crowded while we were there and the staff was great and working as hard as they possibly could, but there was just not enough staffing to handle the capacity. Long wait for drinks and food, often no plates, ran out of food items. More staffing for the food serving times is needed. Those employees were amazing, kind, and patient but more help would make for a better experience.

We had an amazing stay at the Pigeon Forge location. For such a busy week, the staff was courteous, and attentive. My only negative is that we did ask for a daily room refresh and despite it being noted in our account, there was some sort of communication disconnect with the housekeeping staff and we needed to ask for more towels and a refresh. However, the desk supervisor did offer to reimburse a portion of our last night’s stay for the inconvenience and not meeting expectations, which I felt was very generous! We will absolutely stay at this location again the next time we travel to Tennessee!

I stayed at the Drury in Orlando before and I loved it. That’s why I booked this hotel for 5 nights this time. The location was great. The hotel was new and spotless. However there are things need to be improved. Breakfast was good but stayed exactly the same for the five mornings we were there. The first 4 days, housekeeping only emptied the trash and provided clean towels. They didn’t make bed or clean anything ( floor, bathroom…). After we talked to the front desk, on the fifth day housekeeping did the above things plus making the beds but didn’t clean anything. We had to ask for toilet paper on the last day. If this is how your housekeeping works, then we probably won’t be back. The dinner snacks were a nice touch and much appreciated. But the room tidiness is much more important for us.

This is a beautiful hotel. The lobby and dining areas are very large and attractive. The breakfast and evening kickback were very good. The room was very clean and nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I’m not sure how I feel about this place. I’ll make pro and cons list.. Pro: The front desk workers are amazing. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is in a good location. Cons: No lock on bathrooms, our fridge and microwave wasn’t working. Asked for maintenance twice and never showed. No trash bags for trash. The food is cheap. Upset everyone’s bellies . Dusty rooms. No fan in the bathroom. The pool was cloudy, but I will say I seen the worker testing the water. So they do check their water. Which was nice knowing. The hotel is in a good location but it must be close to something because in the hotel and all around it outside you can smell sewer . I feel like the most simplest stuff they missed out on when building. The ice machine is only on certain floors. The washer n dryer is only on floor 8. No where to put your clothes in the room. There’s only super small two drawers. No dresser. I don’t think we will choose to stay here again.

Such an awesome hotel! Staff, cleanliness, convenience, walk-in showers and free parking. Wonderful pool area and huge outdoor hottub. Free parking. Separate bar/restaurant for those not arriving in time for the free nightly dinner.
