I stayed one night at this beautiful beachside hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—right by the sea, with stunning views and relaxing vibes. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Even though it was a short stay, everything from the service to the atmosphere made it memorable. I’d definitely love to come back for a longer visit!

Pros: All inclusive food was pretty good. Location was nice. Cons: Room furniture, beds and the general condition of the infrastructure were bad. Waited for more than 2 hours at check in. Dirty dishes and trash left outside the rooms stayed in the corridors for more than a day. The restaurant/pool area was clean and nice but there was a case of overstaffing regarding untrained waiters who swooped every minute to take away your dirty dishes and cups before you were even done with them. This was super annoying and detracted from a peaceful dining experience.

Otelin konumu oldukca iyiydi. Fakat otelde bazi aksakliklar vardi. Yemek alani dar, erken giden masa kapiyor, eger biraz gec kaldiysaniz beklemek zorundasiniz. Ayni seyler plaj icinde gecerli. Sezlong alabilmek icin en gec 8 de plajda olmaniz gerekiyor, yoksa havlunuzubyere sermek zorundasiniz personel cana yakin ve surekli yardimci olmaya calisiyorlardi ama sayica az olduklari icin herkese yetisemiyorlardi. Biz ailemizle gittigimiz ve otelden rica ettigimiz icin bize otele yakin bir oda vermisler. Bu nedenle hic sorun yasamadik ama bazi odalar otelde duvara bakiyordu, sikayet eden musteriler olduguna tanik olduk. Konusmak veya rica etmek gerekiyor sanirim.

Väldigt slitna rum/dusch städ personalen lämnar allt i korridorerna, personalen bara ungdomar och bryr sig inte om något sitter och festar med vänner och dricker upp al-inclusive spriten bakom baren och lyssnar på psykedelisk/tecno musik, ingen städar vid poolbaren där man hämtar dryck. Genel değerlendirme.

Otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Aile odasında kaldık, oda temizliği iyiydi. Oda 1+1 ebeveyn banyosu ve balkonu olan ev standartlarındaydı. Sadece otelin yemek havuz gibi genel hizmet bölümlerine uzak ve asansör yoktu. Havuzu kullanan çocuklarım kulak iltihabı oldu. Yemek çeşitliliği az, çok lezzetli değil ama açta bırakmaz. Havuz ve sahildeki şezlonglar, yemek masaları yetersiz kaldığı için genel olarak bı kovalamaca oluyor. Oteli yemek barınma ve kısıtlı bar hizmeti veren bir işletme olarak değerlendirmek gerekiyor ve buna göre plan yapmanızı öneriyorum. Tatilimiz boyunca bunların dışında herhangi ekstra etkinlik veya hizmet almadık.

Gider gitmez odamızda sorunlarla karşılaştık duş kabının kapakları yoktu fön makinesi bozuktu buzdolabı sogutmuyordu her taraftan böcekler çıkıyordu paslı kirli rutubetli bir odaydı çocuğum mikrop kapacak diye çok korktum dişlerimi bile fırcalayamadım sular kokuyordu pas kokuyordu resepsiyonda çalışanlar ve restoran da çalışan bir iki kişi dışında sanki zorla çalışıyorlar gibi bir tavır içinde olan personeller vardı . Eski adı costa olan bu otel şimdi isim değiştirmiş ancak başka bir şekilde yenilenmeye girmemiş durumda eski olsun ancak temiz olsun maalesef o da yok kısacası personelin tavırlarından temizliğe kadar her şey berbat

Wir haben vor kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und möchten unsere Erfahrungen teilen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt für unsere sechsköpfige Familie, einschließlich meiner 80-jährigen Mutter und einem Baby, leider enttäuschend. Der Empfang war freundlich und die Anmeldung verlief zügig. Doch leider begann unsere Enttäuschung schnell nach der Ankunft. Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr dreckig. Der Aufzug war defekt und wurde als Lager genutzt, und selbst wenn er funktioniert hätte, würde er nicht alle Etagen erreichen. Die Treppen waren ungepflegt, mit Matratzen und anderen Gegenständen, die unter ihnen lagen. Das gesamte Gelände erinnerte eher an ein Labyrinth, und es war schwierig, sich zurechtzufinden. Es gab lediglich grüne und rote Pfeile zur Orientierung. Der Strand war nicht privat und gehörte dem Staat, was bedeutete, dass er überfüllt war. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren begrenzt und oft sehr voll. Das Hotel liegt auf einem hohen Berg, sodass man steil hinauffahren muss, und wenn man Glück hat, findet man einen Parkplatz, der schräg am Gefälle liegt. Das Personal war wenig kommunikativ. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass unsere Zimmer klimatisiert waren, allerdings berichten andere Gäste von Problemen mit defekten Klimaanlagen und langen Wartezeiten für Zimmerwechsel. Mein ein jähriges Kind konnte ich nicht auf dem Boden lassen weil es total staubig war. Das Trinkwasser und Duschwasser ist gefiltertes Meerwasser. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

İki gün konakladım Oda genel olarak güzeldi, ızgarayla 5 çeşit yemek çıkıyor kahvaltı ve yemekleri vasat buldum otellerin basit yemeği olan makarna patates kızartması bile yoktu iki günde. Yeşil fasulye yemeği çıktı şaka gibiydi. Salata meze kısmı ilk gün fena değildi ikinci gün iyiydi. Tatlılar rutin çeşit az ama idare eder. Restorantta yer sıkıntısı mevcut havuz küçük ama güzel şezlong yetersizdi. Yemek saatleri dışında snack gibi yiyecek bişey olmaması kötü bar standart votka cin bira rakı. Suyu meyvesuyu makinesinden kendin alıyorsun. 8 den önce bişi yeme içme imkanın yok. 23 den sonrada aynı şekilde. Genel olarak fiyat performans olarak vasat buldum. Bu otele o paralar verilmez.

Die Zimmer sind definitiv nicht so wie sie bildlich dargestellt werden. Die Zimmer sind dreckig, die Matratzen, die Wände im Badezimmer und der Boden im Badezimmer sind mit schwarzen Schimmel befallen! Die Decken im Zimmer selbst sind voller alter Spinnweben, die schon fast von der Decke fallen. Definitiv das Geld nicht wert!
