The overall appearance was run down. Multiple areas on the walls, inside the elevator were spackled , but not painted. The floor we were staying on seemed like multiple rooms were for long term guests. They all had their "do not disturb " signs taped on the doors. Our peep hole has paper jammed in it a if the last person was afraid someone would be looking in. Our bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. We called the front desk, and to give her credit, she came right up with some draino....i guess she's the front desk person, the maintenance guy, and the breakfast buffet lady. The first night the guest to our left was up for hours starting at 3am to curse, and yell at someone on the phone. There was a lot of banging, loud noises, some sobbing. We all got no sleep. The next night, the guest on the right was up dropping the F bomb on the phone with someone and the walls were so thin that we could hear the person on his phone on speaker. Thankfully after midnight he got off the phone. We never saw a single house keeper. There were multiple bags of trash sitting outside the doors of multiple rooms on our floor. Find somewhere else to stay.

It was loud well after 9pm from guests and road noise. There was no way to make the room dark since there are windows high above the blinds. The maintenance on the property is lacking. The sheets were clean but stained, and there was even a dirty Band-Aid in our room. There was mold and rust in the bathroom. The elevator needs servicing; it and the front automatic entry door both sounded like dying animals. While pets are welcome, there is a sign that says no pets in the breakfast area. Yet someone had their dog in the breakfast area and was even feed feeding the dog breakfast food from the buffet. A male employee said nothing to the dog owner even after I made eye contact with him and suggested he do so.

Absolutely outstanding stay. The hilltop location is special and the view looking east in the morning is breathtaking and peaceful. The room was spotless and comfortable, and everything felt well cared for. Breakfast was amazing with great variety and quality and easily one of the highlights of the stay. Staff was welcoming and professional, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic and comfortable place to stay.

It was clean and the service was good. I was surprised to see rusting towel bars and the bathroom door had nicks all over with peeling paint. I thought this place was fairly new. It is adequate for emergency stays and there seems to be a lot of contractors/construction crews staying there. It was nice and clean. The employees were all super helpful and kind. I just wouldn't recommend for a romantic getaway or vacation stays. Perfect if you just need a clean place to sleep and shower.
