Comfy and homey

Loved it! The inside was lovely, comfortable, and felt like a home and not a hotel. One of the best mattresses weve slept on outside of our house. The exterior was layered with gorgeous plants and flowers. The exterior of the buildings has the landlord special, but thats no biggy.

A Dreamy and Perfectly Charming Inn

My reservation was for two nights in room #7. It was picture perfect. Very well-appointed, very clean, SOFT towels, comfortable bed (and I have a bad back), and it gave spa vibe (Oh and there's spa towels and robes, too!). I loved the private porch with two chairs and a table for my coffee in the morning! Even the ensuite coffee was good. Whatever that wine was, it was exceptional! I drank every drop! I was nervous about parking because I got in very late at night, but it was a snap and mere steps from the door. If you want a romantic spot, this is it. I wish I had packed a bathing suit to take advantage of one of the hot tubs or the outdoor pool. I'm already looking forward to coming back! I loved it. Highly recommend.

Perfect Setting

We came up from Atlanta to get away for a couple of days and enjoy taking photos. We were wowed that the best place to get a beautiful sunrise was from our back porch! It was also very convenient to Ruby Falls and Rock City… We actually wanted to extend our stay but it was booked. I really love cabins 7&8 for photography.

Terrible company amd inn

No signs showing where end 2 rooms were. Room reaked pf dead fish. Barhroom door handle fell off. Small tight room. Uncomfortable beds. Paid for 2 nights had to leave after 1 sue to smell bit management was not willing to offer a refund or future night stay to accomodate. WAY overpriced. Will never aoend my money with them again. Just horrible

Poor visit

weather was good. need to add a fan that can be turned on and not just by the heat from a shower. Shower head was not adjustable?? Screen door would not close it's 2" to wide and it slams ever time it gets used. The ac unit is so loud it sounds like a big truck starting up. Some road noise until 2am. they need to turn off those out side lights at night or put in blackout blinds.

Cabin # 9

We enjoyed our one night stay, it was like the comfort of our own home. The bathtub was wonderful, deep nice hot water and just relaxing. All and all we had an amazing time, they brought a bottle of wine to end the evening. The hot tub and fire pits are in a couple locations so easy access and private if you need. Will definitely come back. 10/10 recommendations. Oh and let’s not forget to mention the view was amazing.!!

Lookout Mountian Riverview Inn did NOT dissapoint!

Exhausted hungry and tired. Lookout Mountian Riverview Inn did not dissapoint. From a near by restaurant, on site hot tub and the best nights sleep we have had in days. Helped us continue on in our travels home to Florida.

Beautiful space!

A hidden gem! Absolutely loved our stay! A beautiful space and we would definitely love to stay again. Our only complaint was the mattress, but that may just be personal preference. Overall, 5 stars for sure!

This property is an absolute gem! We got 2 rooms for 1 night during our travels home. We were overjoyed with both rooms! The balcony overlooking the river is very relaxing. The linens are amazing. The beds were like heavens pillows. The well thought out detail of every amenity is more than pleasing. Overjoyed with our stay is an understatement. Would highly recommend for a couple get away or a relaxing weekend. The hot tubs are so clean and comfortable. I will definitely return.
