Excellent stay with the best Pyramid view, I had a fantastic time at Comfort Inn Giza. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Pyramids, and the rooftop view is breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with tours and transport. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. Great value for money — I would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my time at Comfort Inn Giza. The hotel is very close to the Pyramids, and the rooftop view is incredible. The staff were friendly, helpful, and arranged tours and transport for me. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was fresh every morning, which made for a great start to the day. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Cairo!

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful, although pretty unorganized. The rooftop patio was great and gives you a great view of the pyramids. The internet was horrible and didn’t really work at all, so if you need to work remotely, this is not the hotel for you. The internet on the rooftop patio was fast when it was working, but it went in and out randomly. It was off way more than it was working. Floors of both rooms we stayed in were filthy.

Some nice people at reception but in general they should relook at how they describe the hotel. Elevator faulty, but stairs full of construction debris. Terrace/restaurant view is very nice but service is extremely slow (even to recognize that we are there), the menu is hard to load via the QR code, and many items not available. After ordering it took 1hr+ for food to arrive and maybe it came from a place down the street? No internet working for our stay. The hotel is spread between several floors of an old apartment building, our room on floor 5 had a good view of the pyramids. Traffic noise was high on the patio but OK with the window closed. My daughter's favorite part was the stray cat in the corridor and the defunct hot tub in the corner of the room.

La chambre était vraiment sale, surtout le sol. La porte d’entrée était cassée, et le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. Il n’y avait pas de double vitrage, ce qui rendait le sommeil très difficile à cause des klaxons. Nous avons été réveillés 3 fois à 2h du matin par des coups violents sur la porte, pour nous informer qu’un taxi nous attendait, alors que nous n’en avions pas commandé. Malgré nos explications, ils sont revenus taper sur la porte. Cependant, la vue était magnifique.

Genel anlamda temiz ve güzel bir oteldi fiyatına göre beklentimizi karşıladı. Bir sorun yaşamadık. Tam olarak fotoğraftaki tuttuğum odaydı. Hiç bir farklılık yoktu. Kahvaltısı herkese hitap eden ve etmeyen yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Çeşit olarak geliştirilebilir. Odalar banyo tuvalet temizdi. Sadece oda pencereleri küçük ve yetersizdi klimayı açmadan durmak imkansızdı. Otel çalışanları iyidirler yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Fakat ilk etapta rezervasyonumuzun bulunmadığını, sistem üzerinden görünmediğini vs söylediler bizi yarım saat beklettiler. Biz önceki yorumları da okuyarak gittiğimizden bunu başkalarına da yarattıklarını biliyorduk. Bu yüzden ikna olmadık ve kanitlarimizi sunduk. Siz de pes etmeyin yoksa daha düşük kaliteli bir odaya hatta farklı bir otele yerleştirme vs gibi durumlar oluyormuş sanırım. Ama odamıza yerlestikten sonra ise çalışanlar çok güzel davrandılar, yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar her zaman. Son gün odamızı boşaltmamiz gerektiği halde son vir şehir turu yapmak istedik ve havaalanı saatimize kadar bavullarımızı otelde tutabileceğimizi söylediler yardımcı oldular yoks abavullarla gezmek zorunda kalacaktık. Teşekkür ediyorum herşey için.
