Very good value considering what we paid. Room was clean with nice bathroom, comfortable bed and lovely view over the seafront and pier. Great location to explore Llandudno and near enough the train station to come on foot. Nice breakfast with good selection and easy ordering system. It can be a bit noisy at night due to proximity to Pier - but you can’t have everything!

Absolutely beautiful guest house located in the heart of Llandudno with everything in walking distance. It is very clean and has a lift. There is a beautiful veranda where you can sit outside overlooking the pier and sea. We had a full English breakfast and catered for my intolerances of gluten and dairy free. The best breakfast I have ever had! Would 100% recommend and a well deserved 5 🌟

This quest house is excellent location with lovely view over the prom, they have everything from shoe horn, bath robes, cotton wool pads,ear buds, coffee,tea,water, shamppoo,conditioner,body wash, moisturiser,flannel,hairdryer ,the breakfast is fab they have thought of everything,their book in the room for info is also fab and much more, excellent stay.

Check in was a breeze. Staff (owners) were very helpful......and lots of fun. We had a large room with a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. GREAT views!! Breakfast was made to order and had lots of choices. As to Llandudno........what a beautiful Victoria resort town!! MANY things to do and great areas to visit.

This was our second stay in four years. We previously stayed in 2024. On our latest visit we found our room very clean & tidy with the appropriate amount of tea, coffee etc. Bottled water was provided. The bed was fine. We had a view of the bay from the room. Breakfast menu had plenty of choice & was both well presented and delicious. We were well looked after by all the staff who were happy to meet any requests. The garden area at the front of the hotel was exceptionally well planted and colourful. We would stay again & would recommend others to do so. This is a well run hotel

We had a wonderful stay at The View Guest House. The owners/staff are very friendly and helpful. The room allocated to us was very clean and comfortable with spectacular sea views overlooking the north shore. The breakfast was also five star. Ample choice, good portion sizes and quality products used. The breakfast room felt very homely, bright and cheerful. It looks out onto the immaculate and beautifully kept front terrace with lots of bright and colourful flowers to admire. Everything was very well maintained. We couldn't find a fault and will certainly look to return in the not too distant future. Thank you for a perfect stay!
