Great choice if staying in sunset town as close to lots of restaurants and main sights. Apartment a good size with eveything you need, it is about 300m away from where google maps says it is, it is called the sky hillside residence. Fabulous rooftop pool, good gym and as everyone else has said a perfect birds eye view of the fireworks and water show. Great to sit on your balcony and watch this. The washing machine is also a nice touch. The person who runs it is really helpful with anything you contact her with.

This was the first time we come to Sunset town and stay at Luna Sol. The first impression right after entering the unit was the view. From the balcony, the ocean, the Kiss Bridge, the stage for the nightly shows are right in front of the unit.
