Beyond that it was fine

The place is pretty bare bones but meets expectations. The problem I had staying here was that the shower head holder was broken. I brought it up to the front desk and asked if it could get fixed so I didn’t have to hold the shower head while myself or young child was showering. They acknowledged the problem but never fixed it. Beyond that it was fine.

We booked a suite which did not feel good value for money (€115). The fridge didn't work, the shower leaked badly impacting the bathroom door. No cups or glasses, no cutlery. Window panes were cracked, bed was ok. It's a 15 minute walk to the port on a busy('ish) road. Breakfast was not very good, poor and limited choice. The place felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Heating/air conditioning remote control was sellotaped together!! On the plus side easy parking, big room, huge bed.

Bonjour, Lits très sales(photos prises, toilettes se fermes difficilement beaucoup de moustiques, on s'est réveillé pleins de fois la nuit et le matin avec pleins de boutons au deuxième étage une terrass ouverte sur le couloir et l'odeur de cigarettes est asfexiante. Desayuno muy escaso y de mala calidad. He reservado habitación superior con balcón y en la entrada de forma unilateral hotel decidió asignar habitación básica - es un engaño!!!! Luego admitieron este hecho pero ya estábamos cansados para poder hacer el cambio. No son formas adecuados de gestionar, al menos en el check in deberían habernos explicado y darnos la oportunidad de elegir. Ya no hablo de devolver el dinero, ya que se pagó por otro tipo de habitación y se asignó la habitación más económica. Mas, según la persona con quien he hablado, todas las habitaciones superiores con balcón tienen cama de matrimonio y en la reserva se establece la posibilidad de dos opciones (o cama de matrimonio o dos camas individuales). Recomiendo a Expedia comprobar la información que facilita el hotel, ya que el hotel deriva toda la culpabilidad a Expedia. Total: considero que nos engañaron y me da lo mismo de quien proviene.
