The room was clean and also the en-suite. The bed was comfortable. A little bit mislead by air conditioning as it was only in hallways and public areas, not rooms and first night was extremely hot in the room and no fans. Had to ask for a remote for the TV as not in room and another set of towels as only set up for single occupancy. Breakfast was ok but could have been slightly hotter, buffet style.

4 stars given but you have to take into account the cost. I paid £55 for 1 night. Big room, clean enough, fridge, TV, WiFi. The biggest plus was a POWER shower....very powerful, (I was on the ground floor so not sure if this helped with this). Also a free car park. All in all good value, and at this price you can't have too a high expectations.

The bathroom was lovely, the room itself was extremely dated, coffee stains in the desk. The room smelt of damp and urine, we had to ask to be moved into another room. The 2nd room carpet wasn’t the best but was clean enough - we won’t be staying again

Staff is amazing, underatanding and friendly! Always happy to help, and cheerfully too. Nothing is too much to ask for. I have been there several times and I keep going back. Their cuatomer service is very impressive , they are not just all about the business, they really do make it feel like another home for their customers! Entire team is amazing, aach new staff I meet on a different shift is just as approachable and respectful as the other ones! Have not met one rude or grumpy staff there Thank you Edgerton!!

There was hair in the shower tray, the room, no45 was lower ground floor and like a dungeon. No phone reception. I only met 1 member of staff ( at reception) . The carpark entrance was so tight and my a35 is average size, I dread to think how someone would get a four wheel drive through!

The room was spacious and clean. Room was warm and inviting on a cold and wet day. We were in front room so traffic noise could be heard but the road was quiet at night so didn't affect sleeping. Receptionist was friendly at check and check out. Great place to stay if your visiting for business or seeing a concert as we were. Would stay again if ever in Huddersfield.

The heating was rationed and switched on for a limited time. When asked to switch on the heating, the staff were unable to help. The rooms were clean, but the building was very old.
