The room was well laid out and had many amenities. I especially enjoyed the balcony. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is the bed. The bed was too low to the ground, making it hard to get out of, and the mattress sagged in the middle making it so my wife and I naturally rolled together in the middle.

This place was stunning!! It didn't match the pictures that you see (no spiral staircase, only two door/window openings to the balcony from the kitchen), but it was beautiful and so spacious for myself and my friend. We each had our own room and own bathroom which was such a treat. The kitchen was fully stocked, everything was beautifully clean, and the balconies were very cool. I can imagine that since the balcony doors have gaps in them that the summer months with bugs would get a little bad here, but we didn't have any issues besides one or two stray mosquitos. Perfect location central to everything you want, would love to stay here again.

Pros: 1. Perfect location in the middle of everything in Old San Juan 2. Balcony was cute and accessible 3. Room itself was nice and roomy. 4. Caters to the party crowd Cons: 1. Someone is short cutting on cleaning as we found trash, bottles, and caps under the couch The floors were clearly not clean and the couch is in a great need for a deep cleaning because there were some sketchy stains and busted pillows 2. This is not a family with kids location. It most definitely caters to the youthful party type crowd 3. Since there’s no front desk, there’s no one to monitor noise levels of guests coming in from partying. We were up all night because people were hooping and hollering coming in from their night out. 4. The company sent multiple options for parking garages but since you can’t check in until 4, parking is a nightmare! Every parking garage was full so we were in our car for over an hour circling the tiny cobble stone streets, dodging drunk tourists to find a parking spot. Overall, if I were a 20 something year old with no kids, this would be my jam.

We didn't receive the check-in instructions by email, so had to call the number once we got there. Luckily they were able to assist promplty. Doors and windows not sealed, very noisy.

It was a really nice room, but the bed frame was broken in the middle. So the whole beg sagged down in the middle. I didn't notice until bed time, it was to late by then. Very uncomfortable.

Very neat building and the location was amazing. Small simple room but worked well for our needs. No elevator so be aware of that if you have trouble with stairs. The room was very clean. Mattress could be replaced.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Old San Juan. As expected for the area, the property is older, but overall it was nice and comfortable. The location was excellent and made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and historic sites, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. There were a few minor drawbacks. Some of the electrical outlets in the room did not work, and the water pressure in the shower was lighter than expected. Additionally, while the hotel offers luggage storage, it did not feel very secure. We ended up using the Bounce app and stored our luggage at the pharmacy just a short 2-minute walk away, which was a much better option. One suggestion would be to extend the checkout time to at least 11:00 AM, as the current 10:00 AM checkout feels a bit early. Overall, the hotel served its purpose, and the prime location in Old San Juan was the biggest advantage.

Beautiful setup, stocked with extra towels etc… The key given should have a keychain to prevent losing the key, just my opinion. I couldn’t watch certain streaming services due to a pin code needed. No help was given for this scenario. The AC is very loud. The Shower water didn’t get hot at all. Besides the few things I mentioned the stay was fine. Minor updates would definitely help boost anyones reviews.

The room was nice, bathroom was clean and shower was great. However, when we walked in, there was a leak from the AC unit and a garbage can collecting the water. The dripping was constant. I sent a message informing them, and it seems they had no idea about the leak. We were only there for two nights so it wasn’t worth changing rooms. Also, the room did not have wjndows and the door wasn’t really sound proof.

The room was very clean and enjoyed the location. The bed was comfortable enough. The only downside was the noise. There were vents connecting the rooms and when the vents were removed they only put a thin piece of plastic over the rather large holes. Some sound insulation in between would have helped.

The room was clean and tidy. Be prepared to get your luggage upstairs if you don’t have a room on first floor as there is no elevator. 2 issues that we had was very loud neighbors next door that decided to have a party with 10 of there best friends. There seems to be gaps in the ceiling between rooms so noise between rooms is kind of like an echo chamber. The rooms could also benefit greatly from a mattress upgrade. On the upside, Location was convenient to anything you want to do in the old San Juan area.
