Experienced a very problematic check-in. I had to go in and out of reception 3 times before getting the right room.
Although I booked for two days, they only programmed the card for one day, requiring me to check in at reception again for the second day. There are still shower repair tools left in the room. The good thing is the hotel is new and located near bus and tram stops. This was the messiest reception service I have ever experienced.
