They mention no smoking and that was the first smell of marijuana, cocoraches, There was a leak of water, Mold at the bathtub, wall paint wall falling, very dirty carpet dirty, beds make top much right away when you sit . Dissapointed because the photos on website has NOTHING alike in person

The room was run down and dirty, there were several water leaks, and it was way overpriced ($140); it was bad. On the other hand, it was very convenient to downtown for the marathon and the front desk people were very kind and went out of their way to be accommodating, like offering a different room and allowing us to stay past the normal check out time.

Get what you pay for ... the room is smaller than a typical Motel6's ... very small shower stall and equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator. I paid a little less than I would have to pay at Motel6 so I am satisfied.

Did the job of innkeeping well.

The hotel was excellent for the price charged. It wasn't the Waldorf but was a affordable, convenient, and welcome place to stay in a time when it seems every room in town over charges by 20 or 30 %. When lookad at with that in mind it was 5 star.
