Water leak in front lobby upon arrival with just towels thrown down. No parking which they said there was on the booking. Room very very small. No ice machine. Dirty sheets.

Very very noisy busy area. Hotel on a very busy noisy Street. Blaring traffic noises non stop through the night and yelling on street and in corridors of hotel all night long. Felt rather sketchy. Did not feel safe. Bathroom reeked of smoke. Bed was comfortable. Could hear tvs blaring from other rooms. Do not bring children near this establishment. Some very unsavory characters in the hotel and elevators.

I’m assuming it’s a newer hotel but the remotes weren’t available yet for the TV’s. Other than that, great stay, spacious room, spacious bathroom, cold air and a good view. Inexpensive as well, just wish I was able to control the TV. (There was a way too, just was kinda painful.)

Where to start? It’s Brooklyn, I guess. I’ll try to keep this brief and balanced. The hotel, in and by itself, was OK in terms of standard and facilities. As expected. The neighbors on the same floor was anything but OK and expected. The first night we struggled sleeping due to the nightclub, or so we thought, next door. In the morning while exiting the hotel, the police was visiting. The second night, the nightclub, or so we thought, from last night was gone. It had been substituted for a social club in the room(s) across the hallway. Dogs barking. Loud yelling. Doors slamming. The strong smell of tobacco and «maybe something more» across the entire floor … Both nights the commotion went on until the early morning hours.

I had a very disappointing experience at Red Roof Plus in Brooklyn. From the moment I arrived, the service was poor and unprofessional. The staff were unfriendly and not helpful at all. The room was not clean — it smelled bad, the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, and the bathroom was dirty. The overall condition of the hotel was far below expectations, and I didn’t feel comfortable or safe during my stay. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone and will never return.
