Affordable, great location, good food and sights, quiet although in the city. Great room. Bathroom very clean spacious. Shower glass has a design flaw, hopefully they can fix next time as water from shower tends to overflow outside

Excelente opção: hotel novo, ótimos quartos e chuveiro perfeito. Limpíssimo, sem barulho. Fica a 100m de uma estação da Linha L do metrô, que te leva para a Union Square em Manhattan em 15min. Ótimo custo benefício para uma cidade muito cara. Ainda tem um café de manhã bem feito. A região é basicamente residencial, tranquila. Voltei várias vezes de madrugada sem problemas.

I would give the hotel 4 stars, they’re really still renovating and it’s very new so I can tell it’ll be way better when they finish but we did have a good experience and the staff was still nice. We didn’t really experience all the amenities since we were out a lot but I like the area it’s in, it’s quiet and the hotel has a modern feel to it. I liked it a lot.

Overall good value. Convenient location near the subway station made it easy to go to Manhattan or Brooklyn. Rooms could be a little cleaner and our shower plumbing rattled. The door handle was also loose but they fixed it when we asked. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good and we appreciated the coffee and water. I would recommend staying here for the value.

Bushwick is the next cool area of NYC, with tons of interesting venues, restaurants, and coffee shops dispersed among industrial buildings and street murals. It is also super-convenient to Manhattan via L train. In fact, this location is better & more convenient than many parts of Manhattan IMHO. Yet, whereas Manhattan keeps pushing the limits of how ridiculously small and hidden from sunshine & natural light a hotel room can be, at Nova you get a very nice and comfortable room with big windows and unobstructed views, and many even have a fantastic balcony. Plus everyone is friendly and helpful, especially the young woman whose name is Sam if I remember correctly. I'll be back!

SAM was a great receptionist, extremely polite and attended to all our needs in a timely manner. Very pleased with our 2 night stay for my wedding anniversary. We will def be staying here again even if it’s for 1night thank you SAM.

It was good everyone was really nice and helpful, but you can hear anything and everything going on outside the door in the hallway, and the fire alarm rang at 4 am , 5 am and 10 am the same morning it was really weird
