Poor customer service
The room was so so clean and the front desk attendance were very polite. I ended up having to leave a day early do to a death in the family. As I was checking out I went to ask if there was anything they can do about the second day I reserved. I told them I understood if they couldn't being short notice. The attendance went back to talk to the manager and came back telling me the manager said since I booked it through hotels.com there was nothing she can do, but she would’ve refunded it if I booked it directly through the hotel. The Attendant advised me to call Hotels.com since it was before noon and see what they could do. So, I called hotels.com and they went ahead and contacted the manager of the hotel. Spent 20 minutes on the phone and they finally got back to me and said the manager said its the policy of the hotel not to go ahead and give refunds on short notice. It would of been nice if they were honest upfront! It left me irritated and annoyed. So I will not be doing business with them again.
