Habe einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Für mich eindeutig die schönste Unterkunft an der Playa Blanca. Anlage ist üppig bepflanzt und damit sehr grün. Kann man gut gebrauchen als Kontrast zur restlichen Insel. Man kommt vom Hotel direkt auf die Promenade und kann los laufen. Flamingo Beach mit Supermarkt ist gut 10 min. zu erreichen. Einen kleinen Abzug mache ich für das Abendessen. Wie leider in vielen Hotels, bloß nicht genug Geschmack ans Essen bringen. Könnte sich ja einer beschweren. Nur ein wenig mit Salz und Pfeffer nach zu helfen hat es nicht rausgerissen. Somit empfand ich das Abendessen schnell als anstrengend. Ist natürlich nur mein persönlicher Geschmack.

Alt var veldig bra ! Hadde bestil 3-mannsrom, men fikk 2-mannsrom. Bortsett fra det var alt bra. Meget fine rom, bassengområde, resepsjonmv. Frokostbuffeen var spesielt bra !

Un technicien est entré dans notre chambre à 22h à l'aide d'une carte électronique alors que nous étions au lit. Tout ce que nous avons eu en retour : les excuses les plus plates de la réception. Nous devions avoir un retour de la direction de l'hôtel mais rien. On aurait peut être pu espérer un geste commercial de l'hôtel ? Par exemple nous offrir les bières que nous avons bues au bar ? Par ailleurs 8h pour l'ouverture du petit déjeuner c'est un peu tard quand on prévoit un départ à l'aéroport.

The aircon was broken 4 out of the 8 nights, therefore, we could not sleep for 4 nights due to the heat in our room, not what you expect when you go on holiday to relax.

Average pool and sun hotel

Average 4 star hotel. Was not happy about staying one week and they only changed my sheets once. Also offer water the first day, and none after that. Had to go to reception to grab or changed pool towels, not that convenient. On the first night, they did not have me on their list for the dinner (half board) which created a tense moment in front of the other guest. When I called to ask and for them to fix it, they apologized and said they would have a gift or something for the trouble. Nothing was given. Cero. They also offered one night to dine a la carte, versus a buffet but was never available as they said the restaurant was very small and had no capacity. If that was the case, they should not offer it or advertise as a perk. When checking out, they had to fix my bill because the amount they were retaining for expenses was instead charged in full so had the refund me. For me was a very typical beach and sun hotel with nothing memorable.

Very nice hotel with excellent amenities and staff

Very nice hotel with roomy and comfortable rooms. All the staff were extremely friendly and eager to please. Location is excellent, right in front of the sea and direct access to the waterfront walk along Playa Blanca. The food was in general very good/excellent, but the deserts could be better. Apart from two very nice swimming pools (one is salt water) there is also a jacuzzi, miniature golf, tennis, a nice bar with evening entertainment. The adult only atmosphere was very nice and peaceful.

Second time visiting for a short stay and brought a friend who was also in need of some rest and recuperation We had a slight issue with our room (unpleasant smell/insects) but this was dealt with promptly by the manager and our room was changed and we were even given a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for the inconvenience. The food was exceptional and all staff very pleasant. A great restful stay in a beautiful location.

30mins from airport. Restaurant staff attentive. Food good. Check in was good. A little rough checking out but restored by gentleman who first attended to me but he stepped away to help two other people when a young lady came up to me offering help but I told her the gentleman was helping me. She said I was rude to her by what I told her. I was alarmed and replied that she should not tell a guest that. I waited for the gentleman and he gave me sparkling wine which I declined but he insisted. Thank you sir.
