Leider waren wir insgesamt enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber (Staub auf Möbeln und Vorhängen), die Bettwäsche (Kissen) roch und das Fixleintuch passte nicht richtig. Die Betten waren zudem unbequem und für meinen Mann zu kurz. Die Küche war ebenfalls nicht sauber und es gab keine Möglichkeit, den Tisch zu reinigen, es standen weder ein Putztuch noch Haushaltpapier zur Verfügung. Im Bad tropfte ein Wasserschlauch, wodurch der Boden ständig nass war. Zudem kam es am ersten Abend zu einem Stromausfall – ein Kabel begann zu rauchen, was sehr beunruhigend war. Der Gastgeber war grundsätzlich freundlich und meist schnell erreichbar, reagierte jedoch nicht auf unsere Reklamation zur Sauberkeit.

Everything were nice and clean. Salah was very nice. We highly recommend for this two bedroom apartment. The view of the Twin Towers from the balcony is a plus. Our family of four love the apartment. I didn’t give 5 star because the second room had a very strong spice smell assuming from the previous clients.

Luxurious living with 5 star service. I came for a solo trip from business. I had a warm welcome from Shohedul (Manager) and was shown to my room. Clean, superb view and had all the amenities laid out. Additionally. The nice manager kept checking up on me in case I needed anything. The room has a superb view of the Petronas towers! Perfect place for a romantic getaway or a business trip.

- 1st when we arrived at the property around 3:10pm, i proceeded to check in but the Concierge there advised me to call the agent as it was run by a separate entity. Called 3 different numbers listed but to no avail. There were 2 numbers i called twice and another i called 3 times but no one was answering any of my call. I then go to VIRTUAL CHAT and was assisted by Rahma and Praduman on getting me relocate. At the same time, Praduman also trying to get hold of the agent. Finally at 4pm a boy came to assist me with the check in. The room is also not as nice as compared to my 1st visit to Manor. No proper shower gel. No other amenities given. Just two bathing towels. It was the worst holiday i ever had. On top of that we were given just 1 key card. Meaning to say, i have to wait for my cousin to come back only then we can go up the lift to our unit. Otherwise either 1 of us have to wait at the lobby. I will not recommend this property to anyone else. And Hotels․com MUST BLACKLIST this property and agent.

The staff was lovely and accomodating. The rooms were spacious. Very large balcony to chill on. Kitchen and dinning in was great too havijng all that you can possibly need for some home cooking. Rooms had AC and FANs, TV and WIFI throughout. Some fantastic views and roof pool was amazing. Thank you, i love it at your apartment.

Vi bodde tre nätter och är mycket nöjda med lägenheten, det som saknades var husgeråd, men eftersom vi inte hade planerat att laga mat gjorde det inte oss någonting. Appartment was very spacious. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and even 2 kitchens. Excellent view from the balcony on the Petronas towers. Nice infinity pool. Check-in a little confusing as reception in the lobby is not working for the tenant. No towels on the apartment so we needed to wait for that as well. Overall a good choice if you want something near the KLCC and the petronas towers and prefer an Appartment over a hotel. Price wise I think it was still good.
