The staff are really sweet and friendly and accommodating, the pool is awesome and the building is great, the location is beyond perfect. However, the rooms are nice looking but not well maintained, things were falling off the walls, the water faucets broken, the hot water does not happen, and the worst for me was the bed sheets, pure polyester, gave me a rash. I strongly suggest they switch to cotton, and with a few minor repairs, the place would get 5 stars. So much potential!

Parecía que alguien había estado en la habitación.

Al parecer usaron la habitación y no la asearon, olía raro; así nos la dieron. La experiencia más desagradable. El check in más lento, estuvimos como 20 minutos esperando a hacerlo y nosotros super cansados del viaje; solo tenían a 1 persona atendiéndonos a nosotros y a otra pareja. No recomiendo este hotel.

NO SE PUEDE DORMIR EN ESTE HOTEL

NO SE PUEDE DORMIR AQUÍ, se escucha TODO, los teléfonos sonando desde recepción, las personas que van llegando a reservar o yéndose….y lo PEOR que a las 7 am arrastrando mesas y sillas del desayunador de afuera. Y un poco después los comensales desayunando y se escucha cada palabra que dicen (no hay privacidad ni para los comensales). Realmente solo quería dormir tranquila y me resultó una horrible experiencia

La habitación excelente, el espacio muy limpio, las cortesías excelentes. El plus fue tener alberca afuera de la habitación con agua refrescante. La atención del host Fernando, súper amable y atento. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

El hotel es cómodo, la ubicación es buena, cerca del centro magno y la minerva en Guadalajara, muchos restaurantes cerca del hotel, a unos pasos Al parecer era una casona que transformaron en hotel Tiene un pequeño restaurante en la terraza al frente del hotel Las habitaciones son cómodas No tiene estacionamiento, tienes que buscar un lugar alrededor del hotel

El hotel es lindo y sus instalaciones excelentes, el personal del hotel también fue amable. El único detalle fue en el checkin la habitación la entregaron 4:40, cuandol ingreso al hotel era a las 3. Las habitaciones cómodas, limpias, muy espaciosas, en general muy bien.

Revisen que sí sea una habitación “nueva”.

Parecía usada la habitación. Leche en polvo del café tirado sobre la cama, cabellos en la cama de otra persona, toalla de las manos usada y una botella de agua de las que podem ya estaba abierta. Además estaba sucio.

Todo muy limpio, la alberca pequeña pero funcional, no me gustó que desde muy temprano me estuvieran marcando y mandando mensajes de wapp para preguntarme si en realidad iba a llegar siendo que el check-in es a las 3 pm aprox. Solo tienen dos cajones de estacionamiento así que si tienes ganas de salir en la noche corres el riesgo de ya no encontrar lugar donde estacionar tu vehículo.
