The property is well maintained and very clean. The location is excellent. The condo is spacious, with all the amenities you need. Only criticism of the condo itself were minor such as not enough hangers, the dining room chandelier is so large and hung so low that we kept hitting our heads on it when sitting at the table. The check in process had 1 issue. Apparently I was supposed to receive an email a day prior to the stay with an attachment that needed to be printed out with a scan code to get into the garage. I never received that email. I had to contact customer service who sent the email to me but I don't have a printer with me to print the PDF that needs to be left on the dashboard of the car. Finally I asked a guest who told me to go to the reception desk across the street at the attached property. They were very helpful and immediately knew what my problem was and after forwarding the email to them they printed it out for me. Just inform your guests this is the process if you don't get the email with the PDF before you leave your home.
