This is a great location and good price. My review only refers to the 7th floor, I think the largest room and two bathrooms. It is very hot up there and AC could not really keep up but was bearable, also the two showers really never could get hot water so we settles for lukewarm showers. Kitchen has no functional stove or oven but no bigger since we don't come here to cook. The place does have a lot of space and that is nice and for the price I am not that upset about the lack of creature comforts. Elevator only goes to 6th floor then you do have to walk. The staff here is great.

Non hanno possibilità di pagamento con carta di credito. Avevamo chiesto, in base alle immagini su internet, una quadrupla con balcone, denominata deluxe, che di deluxe non aveva niente. Ci siamo ritrovate in una stanza senza finestre. Una puzza dii muffa da morire. Aprivi l armadio, piccolo per 4 persone, e ti ci voleva l ossigeno! Il bagno pessime condizioni. Stanza sporca. Dietro al comodino, non attaccato al muro perché c erano le spine dietro, ragnatele e polvere. La camera aveva tutto per due non per 4, a parte il letto. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato un altro hotel. Il personale non è stato assolutamente d aiuto. Pessima esperienza

I really enjoyed my time at UPAR and when I return to Bangkok I will be booking with them again. The room is nice, the AC works good and the shower water gets very hot. It is right off the main road in Silom and you have access to tons of restaurants and bars. It is also only a 5-10 minute walk to BTS.

The AC was terrible it sounded like water leaking from the roof. It felt like we were breathing in black mould due to the vents being so dirty, The whole room was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. Stain on the wall by the bed. Lights didn’t work near the bed and the bed base was dangerously sharp. Staff were ok but we tried ringing up to ask about something missing and they kept hanging up on us. Perhaps a language barrier thing. We would not stay here again.

The room was poorly ventilated, we had a leak in the bathroom celling which we informed to the reception, they said the technician will go but he didn't. The bathroom was dampt, not to mention that it keept "raining" inside all night long, we were in the 4th floor, therefore the water was most likely from the toilet upstairs

5 nights at this hotel. Small set-up. Just a simple room with basic amenities. Room was relatively spacious and good for 1-2 pax. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The front desk staff can communicate in basic English. Check-in and checkout were easy. It takes about 45 min to the airport, arranged by the hotel lobby for 500 baht. Overall, very satisfied for the price I paid. Slight noisy as the hotel is near main road, but still tolerable and did not affect my sleep.
