Great location with an amazing view of the water front. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room was modern and spacious. We would stay again and highly recommend.

I booked a Studio King Lake View Room, and the room was much larger then I expected. Not much in the way of amenities but that's not an issue if you use it as a base to explore Ninh Binh. Just beware that if your are a light sleeper or like to turn in early that the noise from across the road along the walking street can get loud during the weekend evenings but it does get quiet after the stalls close up at 10 o'clock. But the upside to that is there is plenty food and drink right across the road from the hotel, with more on the otherside of the lake.

L’hôtel en soit est bien, le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, cependant dans ma chambre il n’y avait pas de fenêtre ce que je trouvais dérangeant, également je pense que le linge pourrait avoir une meilleur odeur, en effet, le mien sentait le renfermé et non pas le linge propre Mais dans l’ensemble l’hôtel reste correct.

Prachtig hotel, heel efficiënt en strak ingedeeld, lichte en aarde tinten, natuurlijke materialen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel was in 1 woord top. Hielp meteen met het regelen van fietsen en heeft ons zelfs naar het station gebracht toen onze grab driver niet opdaagde. Wat een service!!!

Et nyåbnet hotel, som stadig ikke har de stjerner det fortjener! Moderne, stilrent og lækkert look. Småting der stadig mangler som eks. At pive plastik af fjernsynet, mv. det eneste jeg ville ønske var, at der var bedre lydisoleret. Når byen vågner, vågner du! Derudover kunne vores værelse godt have brugt et større vindue for bedre naturligt lysindfald. Men alt i alt, virkelig godt og med hjælpsomt personale. Vil helt sikkert komme tilbage 😊

I stayed here two times about 4 days apart and had some issues checking in and out both times. They seemed unable to confirm my reservation on Expedia and seemed suspicious that i said it was already paid. I gave them screenshots to f the reservation and the receipt and they gave me the same room both time. I paid different room rates but its ok. I was like the guest that didn’t really belong. To be fair its mostly Vietnamese and Chinese that stay in this area and also its a new hotel so they are maybe getting the process down. I wouldn’t stay here again personally because of all the issues with check in but keep in mind they did allow me to check in early by a few hours and also its a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Clean and comfortable. I didn’t have a window though so i was sad about this as my reservation said city view. I got a little portal to look out in the back of the hotel. Ut again it may be because they were suspicious of my valid reservation

This is a really nice modern hotel that looks like it has recently been renovated to a high standard. However, it is located a long way away from any tourist areas, and after you have walked the circle around the river, and looked at the two temples, there is nothing else to do. The WiFi at this hotel is very bad, it wasn't even fast enough to check my emails, so I ended up using my mobile data. The hotel description stated that the WiFi was fast enough for you to connect up to 6 devices, which isn't true. One of the reasons I chose this hotel over others is because it said there was fast WiFi. There is no restaurant at this hotel, which I knew when I booked, but I assumed that there would be a convenience store or mart nearby that I could stock up on food and drinks, but there isn't one for several miles, and most restaurants don't open until the evening. The few restaurants that are around the hotel offer very little variety, and it is all street food style, which really isn't for me. I ended up paying for taxis everyday to get to Tam Coc where there actually IS lots to do, and with other tourists and a good variety of restaurants and shops. I really wish I had stuck with the original hotel I booked, rather than being swayed by positive reviews that simply aren't true. If you want a more relaxing holiday and enjoy not doing anything then this is the hotel for you.

Greenbay Hotel The room is nice and all, but hear me lut when I say: they have no idea what they are doing. No member of the staff speaks English whatsoever, which, to be honest, I wouldn't mind because I'm in their country anyway. They are very inexperienced and poorly trained to do their job. They could not answer any question without calling someone, and despite me being very patient with all the translation through the phone, they were the ones getting stressed out. On one occasion, I had a conversation with a little sweet 10-year-old who was called in to translate. On my last day, I asked for a late checkout, and they asked me for a full price, which made me decide to book through my app as I would rather get rewards if I have to pay full price. That is where the chaos started. I informed the receptionist about my booking and asked if I could keep the room. Later on, they stopped my husband to tell him that they were fully booked and we had to change rooms. I'll spare the details of this messy situation. When we were checking out, they said nothing and waited for our bus to arrive for then tell us that had yet not paid for our stay (in my defense, I thought I had paid in advance through hotels.com) The bottom line is, due to their poor communication skills, lack of training, and guest service relations, I'm giving a low rating. As per the hotel's location, standard, room, and cleanliness, they deserved a better one. I hope they are seeking to improve
