Property and staff was nice. If I stayed there again I would request a room in the back away from the street noise. The Premium City room view was a joke because only one door/window opened to the view and it was not pleasant. Barely got any sleep all night due to outside noise and vehicles in street

Excellent staff support during check in and check out. Great to have desk staff call for taxi.Good shop for treats, coffee, alcohol next door. Did not go to any shops but was able to walk to church and water concourse.

Location was excellent. We paid a hefty price for the balcony room and it was disappointing, reason being is that the room had no coffee machine, no closet, 2 towels in the bathroom and the checkin time was 4pm and the departing time was 11am. On Sunday evening, the noise outside was extremely loud it was terrible and due to having balcony shutters it only made it worse. My recommendation is to find a place further away from Armas that will be quieter and much much cheaper...i could have stayed at a Hilton much cheaper with amenities such as a pool, patio and a coffee machine...bad move on my part...

Location is excellent for walking around old town. The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful. Amenities are limited. It would be nice if there was a coffee maker in the room. My recommendation is this: do NOT stay in any room that overlooks the street. You will not sleep due to the street noises. People party hard in Old San Juan and they carry the party into the streets when the bars close. Also, traffic is heavy during peak season and many are booming their music. We also endured a lot of construction vehicles and work being done on the property across from us (they started around 5am) We were in room 22; a lovely room, but the “windows” overlooking the street have wooden doors which offer no sound-proofing. So, if you want to sleep, insist on an inside room away from the street. Hope this helps. Old San Juan is worth seeing!

Wonderful Hotel within walking distance to all of Old San Juan. Plenty of food and entertainment around the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to us. Will definitely stay again on future trips to the area.

Room was clean. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Bed was good. Bathroom very small but I guess that is to be expected in the old town. My big complaint is the noise. We had a French balcony which was nice until you went to bed. The wooden doors with cracks all around let in the street noise, which is considerable.
