線上訂房所見資訊和現實有差距，原訂三人床卻在chech in後才加床。 房間標價為三人房，卻給兩人房再加床，房間空間太小，飯店未盡告知之責。 服務人員不夠親切，價格偏高不推薦。 然飯店位置很好，鄰近碧瑤SM且搭車(Cab)方便。

The place is quiet and the staff are very easy to call on. They give priority to the comfort of the guests which is a characteristic Filipino trait: hospitality. I love how they treat all of the guests the same too regardless of status. Kudos to the staff!

Barging in

One of the room service personnel barge in on our room just to check and put some notes on the side table. To think I was sleeping with my undergarments only. Very disappointing! Very unethical!

Good stay at this hotel although the room was on the smaller side for the price. There was a particular musty smell, but for a one night stay, it was ok. Good water pressure, and great breakfast.

I like the location since its near places like the park etc. The employees were cheerful and easy to talk to. I just had some comments on their facilities like the hair blower wws not functioning, there were no coffee cups, tgere was only 1 chair in our room. My neighbor was so noisy even late at night. But overall i had a pleasant stay for the 4th time in this hotel.

The beds are hard to sleep on. My wife got bitten by bugs and up to now she has rashes on her skin. Beddings was not replaced they only fix it like they replaced the bedsheet

Comfortable, friendly, well-located. Some issues

Check-in was very easy and luggage was taken to the room for us. Rooms are locked with a keycard touch-in system, easy-to-use. The area was quiet- no noise from outside. But noise from the corridor was disturbing - needs better sound insulation for the rooms. Sometimes the noise seemed to be other guests, sometimes hotel staff moving things around. Breakfast included a small buffet with a reasonable range, including Filipino breakfast foods, fresh fruit and pancakes or French bread. Coffee was not so tasty. But you could purchase a good espresso from the cafe. The cafe also had a range of cakes available. Staff in the cafe sometimes were chatting amongst themselves rather than paying attention to customers - this particularly when the supervisor was not around. Other times they were very good. The hotel location was good, just a 10 minute walk to the very centre of town, and very convenient for the route of the Panagbenga parades.

Hotel has very friendly staff, great location, good food, and fast wireless internet connection. However, our bathroom has molds and ineffective sound proofing. The hotel staff is very kind that they placed us in an air-conditioned room for free because we raised some concerns. Potential guests should choose the air-conditioned rooms if they do not want to be disturbed by other hotel guests.

Good Dependable Hotel(vs newer higher priced ones)

El Cielito's best feature is its proximity, walking distance, to Baguio Cathedral, Burnham Park and SM Mall. Staff most helpful are the security guards and housekeeping, restaurant and front desk, most specially, need A LOT OF TRAINING for improving above and beyond services, courtesy.... they were not even aware of the "5 feet rule" - verbally greeting guests walking through or lounging at the lobby or standing near the FD, none of them were even giving Happy New Year greetings to guests, it's like having a full house is a big BURDEN to them! Rooms definitely need renovations. Hot water system though is working just fine! Many thanks to Expedia for getting us reservation during a really peak New Year's Eve visit in Baguio City.

Overpriced

Hotel is conveniently located near sm. hotel is overpriced and over rated. Don't even have brush and toothpaste. No aircon. Hot and cold shower is fine. Elevator stinks, need cleaning. Friendly and helpful staff. free breakfast.

Nice and quiet

The place was nice, quiet, and close to the city centre. The room was just the right size. Staff are friendly and accommodating. But I noticed that the sink in the room was clogged and was not draining fast enough. Other than that it was a good hotel experience.
