Was given a complimentary 30 minute Foot Massage that was absolutely amazing! All the staff I met went above and beyond the call of duty. Hang Vo clearly treats her guest like long list friends or family. The young man working the lobby did so with great care with zero expectations. Overall it was a good stay. Staff were attentive snd very flexible with allowing me to see all the open VIP rooms that were available so that we can move into. Our first room, the shower didn’t have any partition so water got all over the floor with the strong flow. Or final room, the lock wasn’t working so then they were able to replace it right away and even gave us pedicure vouchers. The food was only so so. I think the smell in the restaurant put me off a bit. Tea time was only ok. The location was great. It was near Ben Thanh market which made out easy to walk everywhere but a bit noisy at night if you don’t like noise then not for you.

We had a VIP room which unfortunately was straight above the bar, so was noisy most nights until 2am. The wall in our toilet had poo splatter from a prior stay, so needs a good clean. The hotel is near to Ben Thanh market which is very convenient. However, the room smells urine all the time. Since we stayed there only a day and a half, we didn't care to make a complain but never stay there again. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast is small and not much of options. for the price that we paid, we would rather stay at a bigger hotel. this is more a motel.
