The staff was very welcoming, but we were surprise to see that is was more a guest house than a hotel. The word "boutique" was misleading for us. It has great soap, but it's very old, bed is OK, but that's about it. It's close to a police station so we were earring sirens all night long.

The building is adorable. It is a little historic house that is surrounded by high rise buildings. It reminds me of the movie Up. Harley, the property manager is kind and very helpful. The area is walkable and close to the event I was attending. I loved my stay here!
