Friendly staff

The overall stay wasn't bad. The pool was somewhat cold & the jacuzzi needed cleaning. The room was clean but needs serious upgrades. The staff were great & very helpful!

Pool is ice cold & no outside drinks

Nice hotel but pool was ice cold. The night before we checked in we got an email from the hotel that no outside drinks are permitted in our room, this was not mentioned in the hotels.com booking. We were offered a refund but with it being a long weekend there was nothing else available with a decent outdoor pool. The pool was very disappointing as it was ice cold, we braved it for 20 minutes then warmed up in the hot tub but didn't return during the rest of our stay, super disappointing experience. Would not stay here again due to its location, ice cold pool and no outside drinks allowed in the room policy.

Disappointed

Customer service at the front desk was great at check-in. Once my party and I got to the room, I became disappointed. There were dried-up mini pepperonis under the desk area as we pulled the chair out. Requested housekeeping, while we were out of the room. They didn't come to service the room until we returned, about 4 hours later. It was a trip for my birthday, so I'm trying to be reasonable and not get bugged by something small, but that changed when I left behind an item. Going on day two now, and I have been transferred to security, housekeeping, and back to the front desk multiple times. Disconnected. Called back. No sincere or helpful resolutions. Sadly, I'll be taking the loss and ultimately staying far away from this place.

Quality has gone downhill

My recent stay at Isleta Hotel & Casino was disappointing overall. The condition of the rooms left much to be desired—furniture was old and shabby, and several fixtures were in poor repair. The pull cord on the bathroom pocket door was missing, making it inconvenient to use, and the toilet paper holder kept falling out of the wall. One of the more concerning issues was our experience with the Jacuzzi tub. When my son took a bath, we noticed dirt coming out of the water jets, which was alarming and unsanitary. Additionally, the room had a musty, old smell that made the environment less inviting. Food options were limited and poorly stocked. The burger place downstairs was out of chicken, cookies, and Coke, and when we tried a sit-down restaurant, they also had no chicken available. The pool area was also disappointing— the water was freezing cold, and my son’s lips turned blue from the cold. The hot tub was cloudy and dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, the hotel felt rundown and neglected. It seems like little effort is being made to maintain the property or ensure a quality guest experience. I wouldn’t recommend it based on this visit and hope management considers improvements to better serve future guests.

Friendly Staff

Check in was easy and Front Desk workers were very friendly. We got VIP treatment . We stayed on the 6th floor penthouse room was clean AC was not the best but it worked beds were super soft but fell in in the middle so made for a uncomfortable situation also queen beds are small. Bathroom the toilet is in its own area with a sliding door very small area not comfortable also no fan in bathroom. Bathtub was very large with jets but did not use, shower is in bathtub not very good pressure at all. It was very hard stepping into bathtub to take a shower so if you have knee problems this is not a good room to get. Ate at the Restaurant it was okay not great but okay. Ate at Panda Express was delicious fresh and portions were great as well. Went to the coffee and ice cream shop they have and that was okay not great. Pool was very cold but nice. Hot tub was nice as well.very clean. All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful .

Decent Hotel, Restaurants terrible!

The hotel is clean, staff was nice, room was comfortable. Do not stay here if you plan on needing to eat. Numerous restaurants with lack of help and wait for a hamburger was 45 minutes. Management truly needs to get control of this situation, it ruins the stay. Wait time for the restaurant was over 2 hours. The coffee shop had good coffee. Would probably not stay here again due to the location, higher cost, and lack of restaurants.
