Great stay, clean and neat Ave Paulista. Everything you need is nearby. Restaurant downstairs is pretty good if you don’t feel like going anywhere. I wish staff spoke a bit of Spanish or English however they did everything they could to serve us.

As recepcionistas foram super educadas, simpáticas e atenciosas. Uma delas nos auxílio em relação ao metrô, super solicita. Em ralação ao Hotel, acredito que eles estejam começando a reforma por conta da troca do nome, o quarto estava recém pintado, mas em relação ao banheiro, estava com um aspecto de "largado". O chuveiro e a pia ficavam pingando mesmo fechando bem forte, e o acabamento do box estava solto e bem desgastado. Em relação ao quarto, as tomadas são longe da cama, o ar condicionado não tem muitos comandos, no meio da noite ele desarmou e demorou a voltar. Não gela muito. Sobre o café da manhã, tinham algumas coisas bem gostosas, não tem muita coisa, os pães estavam entremamente duros. A opção da tapioca feita na hora é muito boa. A torta doce estava boa. Café da manhã 6/10. Daria uma nova chance assim que trocasse de nome para ver se teve alguma melhoria, ou se é um hotel que se mantém da mesma forma, por conta do valor que cobra. As meninas da recepção são nota 10.
