A hotel that has seen better days: the common areas could use some serious work: the elevators are only accessible via stairs (a bad idea if you have heavy luggage). Breakfast (held in a restaurant reminiscent of Soviet times) is poor and of mediocre quality. In the room: the bathroom could use a makeover and sometimes smelled stinky. The bed is very comfortable, and housekeeping is prompt and more than satisfactory, but the curtains on the windows don't block out the light (bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to light), and they aren't soundproofed, so the noise from nearby Chingis Avenue can disturb your sleep! Overall, I'd recommend the staff—friendly, polite, and willing to help, but it's clearly an overrated hotel.

Great hotel cloe to everything you need

I loved this hotel and ended up staying their twice. Easy to get to, easy to walk to local attractions. Hotel service was very good. Breakfast very good. I also used the bar/restaurant several times for lovely meals
