首先在Check in時登記手續混亂,房卡也忘了给客人。
Check out 要在早上10點前,太早了,延遲退房每小時要1000yen。
房間空間和床的位置和平台上資料有落差。
房間裝修舊,空調控掣也有問題。
首天已在前確認清理房間在中午12點,但有2天早上9至10點仍來按門铃做清潔。
這是本人在日本旅遊軟差的一次酒店體驗。

Disappointing experience
The room is relatively spacious. However, the room is a bit dirty and old. There’s no usb plug in the room. The staff also forgot to refill the coffee capsule, toothbrush and water for us after cleaning-up. I have stayed at APA other hotels before but the current experience is quite disappointing.

Poor luggage storage arrangement
We planned to leave our luggage in the hotel after staying for 3 days. We have reserved another 3-day stay two days later since we were out of Fukuoka city over the weekend. However, the hotel refused to store the luggage overnight. The arrangement was rigid and inconvenient to us as we are going to check-in again soon.
