Staff are fantastic, truely helpful. I have only three recommendations 1. Fit locks to the inside of the doors, i don't trust the current coded doors. 2. Hearty food, the menu is scarce, and theres nowhere to eat on a monday or tuesday crazy really. 3. The water pressure needs to be increased, if you have a booster set increase it by a bar the showeres are a dribble at best. Otherwise not a good place, its clean, beds comfortable, staff are great. Otherwise not a bad little hotel

Breakfast is not worth the extra charge and when trying to order dinner in hotel staff told us not to bother as “it’s not that great”, most was cold and if not cold tasted bad. Staff were very friendly but when making a complaint didn’t show interest. Myself and my partner stayed in room 19. Avoid staying in it. There was a door right outside in the hall that slammed and vibrated the wall every time someone passed. Woke myself and my partner up several times. When made a complaint to receptionist their attitude was very disinterested. The whole hotel is needing some form of work done to it from painting over water stains on roof to changing very old stale smelling carpets. The room itself was lovely and no complaints there. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order during our stay but none the less the pool and sauna was brilliant although it was apparent that the changing rooms weren’t cleaned for at least the 2days we were there. Same towels left on floor, plaster, basket for towels not emptied, lockers with rubbish in them. Not great look makes a person wonder how clean the pool itself is. Overall the stay was not the worst but not the best.

Staff are super friendly & helpful and the place is very relaxed. Rooms clean & have everything you need - nice soap! Lovely to have the pool to myself in the morning. For me breakfast was limited with no fruit or fresh jams etc & ran out of cups. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Room not clean (dirty cups and shower), window wouldn’t close and curtain didn’t cover so could see out to the street from the bed. Stained towels and shower either freezing or scalding. Breakfast had no one at all on service, assumed we should help ourselves but struggled to find clean cups/cutlerly. Food had been sat for what looked like hours. Health club was shut which was the reason we booked, looking at reviews after checking in it appears to be a common occurrence. Staff seemed confused if you tried to talk to them or asked for something. A very odd place and definitely wouldn’t recommended or return.

Hotel needs an overhaul from top to bottom, breakfast was scandalous, items having been left out for hours. Shame for the staff who seem very hard working but working in terrible conditions. Informed last minute pool was not open due to technical issues. Nothing really positive to be said about this hotel apart from the price, but definitely get what you pay for

Vlean ,spacious, comfortable room and beds . Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The pool was closed during our stay ,which was disappointing but we understood the reason. The kitchen wasnt able to provide bar meals the first night of our stay ,but the staff were very helpful with us to order food take away delivery, and provided plates and cutlery for us to use . Very much appreciated. A comfortable and pleasant stay for us ,as we were visiting family in the area and we would stay at this hotel again.
