Very clean and friendly environment. Clerk asked if he could carry our bags upstairs for us as there is no elevator. No coffee in available in the rooms but a fantastic coffee bar in the tiki tabernacle with great a view open till 11:00. Quiet, peaceful and would do again.

Yes, the room were fairly clean, bathrooms are kind of old and a bit rusty, but the rooms are nice spacious , great view, nice balcony, the reception people did not seem to know a lot about the surroundings or be willing to share info, only had one map of key west, they could be a bit more 'tourist oriented'!

The lodge is located in a lovely position overlooking a tranquil bay. However, the rooms are very tired and need renovating. There was rust and mould in the bathroom. On one of the nights wind whistled through the air con unit and the rear sliding doors. I had to put a blanket over the air con unit to try and reduce the breeze. In their defence, the wind level was unusual and the manager did say I should have asked them to change rooms.

Very nice property. Owner/Staff were fantastic. I love the life-long effort the family has put into the property. View off the deck is great. Free, good, coffee at the Tiki Bar in the mornings. Overall, the mid-century modern aesthetic is awesome in my opinion. All items worked. Ice machine, ice bucket, clean (linens, room, floors, surfaces, bath fixtures) and a farmer's market outside on Wednesdays. Really a great spot with a short drive to Key West. We will return.
