I have checked in on September 9th at 2:30 am we already paid for breakfast they don’t have any proper breakfast and they run out of eggs no Turkish coffee just they don’t have any juice and I paid for second day for breakfast but they don’t any service for second I’m really disappointed and I don’t recommend it to anyone

Personel inanılmaz ilgisizdi İlk gün standart oda konaklama aldım denemek için iki ayrı yataklı oda verildi aşağıya indim düzeltilmesini istedim odanın öğleden sonra hazır olacağı söylendi akşam geldim oda ile ilgili vardiya değişiminde hiçbir şekilde bilgi verilmemiş dakikalarca beklemek zorunda kaldım Daha üst oda görebilmek istedim hiçbir şekilde müsailikte olmadı ben de odayı satın aldım ertesi gün konaklama için geldiğimde oda yine hazır değildi İkinci gecenin konaklamasını yapmadan ödeme yaptığım halde çıktım kimse bana neden ayrılıyorsunuz otelden diye bile sormadı Misafirperverlikle ilgili alakalari yok

Odalar yeni oldugu icin guzel ama eksikleri cok. Mutfak esyalari sinirli. Bir cok sey unutulmus. Kisaca yeni ve guzel otel konumu iyi ama isletme cok kötü. Personel yetersiz ve egitimsiz.
